The government of the Republic of Moldova decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for transportation on the territory of the Republic of Moldova of dangerous goods and mitigation of consequences of possible at the same time accidents (appendix No. 1);

The list of the dangerous goods prohibited to transportation on the territory of the Republic of Moldova by all modes of transport without special government authorization (appendix No. 2).

2. Determine that the Department on civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Defence is the state body of the Republic of Moldova responsible for carrying out single policy in the field of transportation of dangerous goods.

Provide to Department on civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Defence the right of issue of authorities for the move of the dangerous goods which is not included in the list of the dangerous goods allowed to transportation on the republic territory by all modes of transport.

4. To the ministries, State departments, local government bodies together with Department to determine the list of the companies creating dangerous goods, and the list of the transport enterprises having the right of their transportation on the territory of the Republic of Moldova by civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Defence in a month.

The list of the specified companies is subject to annual revision and reapproval in the terms established by Department on civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Defence.
