About approval of the Basic rules of retail trade and activities in the field of public catering for subjects of entrepreneurship in the territory of the Republic of Moldova

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova N 163 of July 18, 1992 the Government of the Republic of Moldova decides:

1. Approve the Basic rules of retail trade and activities in the field of public catering for subjects of entrepreneurship in the territory of the Republic of Moldova (are applied).

Determine that these Rules extend to all subjects of entrepreneurship, irrespective of departmental accessory and patterns of ownership.

Charge to Department of trade to provide informing the population, and also printing and distribution in accordance with the established procedure of the necessary number of copies of the Basic rules for supply of all interested subjects of entrepreneurship performing retail trade and activities in the field of public catering by them.

3. Grant the right to officials of Department of trade to whom obligations on control of observance of the Basic rules at the companies performing retail trade and activities in the field of public catering irrespective of patterns of ownership are assigned, in case of identification of abuses of regulations of trade to constitute in accordance with the established procedure protocols on administrative offense.

4. Control of observance of the Basic rules of retail trade and activities in the field of public catering for subjects of entrepreneurship is performed by authorized monitoring bodies.
