Financial provision of the payment commitments of the Russian Federation connected with provision of monthly payment on each child before achievement of age by it 3 years to the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP (further - monthly payment), except for the payment commitments specified in Item 3 of this resolution is performed within budgetary appropriations taking into account the expenses on delivery of monthly payment provided on the specified purposes in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year to Federal Service for Labour and Employment.
