About measures for adaptation of premises and common property in the apartment house taking into account needs of disabled people

Based on articles 12 and 15 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of providing conditions of availability to disabled people of premises and common property in the apartment house;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that on application of the Rules approved by this resolution the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation gives explanations.

3. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to approve:

a) form of the act of inspection of premises of the disabled person and common property in the apartment house in which the disabled person, for the purpose of their adaptation taking into account needs of the disabled person and providing conditions of their availability to the disabled person lives;

b) rules of conducting check of economic feasibility of reconstruction or capital repairs of the apartment house (part of the house) in which the disabled person, for the purpose of adaptation of premises of the disabled person and (or) common property lives in the apartment house in which the disabled person, taking into account needs of the disabled person and providing conditions of their availability to the disabled person lives;

c) form of the decision on economic feasibility (inexpediency) of reconstruction or capital repairs of the apartment house (part of the house) in which the disabled person, for the purpose of adaptation taking into account needs of the disabled person and providing conditions of their availability to the disabled person lives;
