About modification of the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2013 No. 403-O-M "About approval of the List of the personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2013 No. 403-O-M "About approval of the List of the personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8749, No. 14 (27635) the following change is published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of January 22, 2014:
To be reworded as follows the list of the personal data necessary and the sufficient for accomplishment performed tasks approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered this order the direction in one copy of its copy in printing and electronic type in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the responsible secretary of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kurmangaliyeva A. D.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
