Make changes to Item 1-1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 531 "About features of realization of the rights of some categories of persons to obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 84, Art. 2372; 2015, to No. 55, the Art. 1800), having stated it in the following edition:

"1-1. Determine that operation of this resolution extends to insured persons whose actual residence is in settlements in the territory of which public authorities perform the powers in full and which are (were) in employment relationships with:

the companies, organizations, the organizations or physical persons which are registered in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, around conducting anti-terrorist operation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions or in zone of emergency situation;

budgetary institutions, the companies and the organizations which belong to the sphere of their management moved from settlements in the territory of which public authorities do not perform the powers, to settlements in the territory of which public authorities perform the powers in full, and data on change of their location are entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, but which did not provide implementation of the activities.".
