PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS FOR HOLDINGS

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for organization, implementation and termination of activities of holdings in the Republic of Moldova.

2. Holding the company which part of assets controlling stocks (shares) of other companies are and which exercises control over these companies is recognized.

3. Holdings are created for support of production cooperation and joint investment, external economic and other types of activity.

The holding has the right to perform investing activities, including to buy and sell securities according to the current legislation.

Holdings in the activities are guided by the Laws of the Republic of Moldova "About restriction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition", "About joint-stock companies", "About restriction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition", this Provision both others legislative and regulations.
