About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reduction of deficit of scrap of ferrous metals in the domestic market

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. "About foreign economic activity" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 29, Art. 377 with subsequent changes) to add article 13 of the Law of Ukraine with part nine of the following content:

"Export transactions with scrap metal are performed according to this Law taking into account the features determined by the laws of Ukraine "About scrap metal" and "About export (export) duty for waste and scrap of ferrous metals".

2. Part one of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About scrap metal" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 25, Art. 212; 2003, 6, the Art. 52) to exclude No.

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Temporarily, for a period of ten calendar years from the date of entry into force of this Law, rate of export (export) duty for the goods specified in Item 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About export (export) duty for waste and scrap of ferrous metals" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2007, No. 4, the Art. 35, No. 35, Art. 486; 2012, No. 38, Art. 455), constitute 58 euros for 1 ton.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
