For the purpose of rational development of inventories of minerals of the country in strict accordance with the Code about subsoil the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on the State Commission on Mineral Reserves (appendix N 1) and its members (appendix N 2).

2. Determine that in case of release of members of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves from posts their functions will be performed by persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of the new order of the Government.

Regulations on the State Commission on Mineral Reserves

1. The State Commission on Mineral Reserves (further - the Commission) is created according to the Resolution of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova N 1512-XII of June 15, 1993. "About enforcement of the Code about subsoil".

2. In the activities the Commission is guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Moldova, resolutions of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, regulations on methods of conducting geological works, and also this provision.

The commission generalizes practice of application of the legislation on subsoil, develops offers on its enhancement and submits them for consideration to relevant organs.
