About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About setting standards of traveling expenses and procedure for their compensation" of August 26, 2008 No. 471

For the purpose of updating of the regulations of expense recovery connected with sending, optimizations and simplifications of provision of the reporting according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About setting standards of traveling expenses and procedure for their compensation" of August 26, 2008 No. 471 the following changes and amendment:

- in the paragraph the second Item 1 of figure "250" and "300" to replace with figures "500" and "600" respectively;

- to add Item 2 paragraph two after the words "to this resolution" with words ", without provision of supporting documents";

- in the column "Limit Rate of Expense Recovery on Hiring of Premises in Days" of appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution of the word "to" exclude;

- state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Determine that:

- the direction of the worker in business trip out of limits of the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is made on the basis of the order (order) of the employer without execution of the business trip order;

- the additional expenses connected with increase in regulations of traveling expenses are made within the means provided by the budget for public institutions and local government bodies for the corresponding year.".
