About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication, but not earlier than entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of January 15, 2015 No. 124-VIII "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity".

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 2, 2013 No. 753 "About approval of the Technical regulation of rather medical products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 82, Art. 3046; 2014, No. 49, Art. 1291; 2015, No. 65, Art. 2155):

And figures of "article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About standards, technical regulations and assessment procedures of compliance" shall be replaced with words 1) in the prolog of the resolution of the word also in figure of "article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity";
