b) territorial authorities of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation and customs authorities hold actions for control of fixing of information on production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in unified information system with use of the software of unified information system used by Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation
and customs authorities for fixing and information transfer about production volume and (or) turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and ensuring functioning of unified information system;
c) ceased to be valid.
3. To Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation in 3-month time to approve forms, terms and formats of electronic submission of requests of fixing in unified information system of information on the organization performing retail sale of alcoholic products and the individual entrepreneur conducting procurement of beer and beer drinks, cider, Poiré, mead for the purpose of their subsequent retail sale about alcoholic products, amount of retail sale of alcoholic products, and also about the documents permitting and accompanying retail sale of alcoholic products.
