3. In the second and third paragraph of Item 5.2 of "The comprehensive program on problems of disabled people in the Azerbaijan Republic", the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 10, 1994 No. 185, in the "Responsible Organizations and Organizations" column to exclude the words "State Social Security Fund" and in the fifth paragraph of the word "State Social Security Fund" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population".
