About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 "About State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 8, the Art. 191) changes which are applied.
2. In partial change of the paragraph of third Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2015 No. 18 "About State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" to approve new structure of State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations according to appendix.

1. In the resolution:
In paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "State Extraordinary Commission" shall be replaced with words 1) "State commission";

2. In the Regulations on State commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations approved by the specified resolution:
