Approve the enclosed Rules of issue, storage, withdrawal of registration certificates and confirmation of accessory and reality of open key of the digital signature by certification center, except for root certification center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, certification center of state bodies, national certification center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the confidential third party of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication of December 8, 2005 No. 457-p "About approval of Rules of issue, registration, storage, withdrawal of registration certificates, including on paper and maintaining the register of registration certificates" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4029, No. 23-24 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper on February 10, 2006 (1003-1004).

3. To committee of communication, informatization and information of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazangap T. B.) provide:
