ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of form of the book of accounting of checks and order of registration in the book of accounting of checks

For the purpose of realization of part 3 of article 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of activities of local government bodies", according to article 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- form of the book of accounting of checks according to appendix 1;

- order of registration in the book of accounting of checks according to appendix 2.

2. Recommend to local government bodies within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

- enter the book of accounting of checks;

- perform registration and accounting of the inspections which are carried out by officials of authorized state bodies according to the order of registration in the book of accounting of checks approved by Item 1 of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
