1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2015 No. 1456 "About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2016" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 332).
2. Action of Item of 7 changes approved by this resolution does not extend to purchases, notices on which implementation are placed, in unified information system in the field of purchases or the invitation to take part in which (drafts contract on purchases) are directed about day of entry into force of this resolution.
