About modification and amendments in Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults – the victims of human trafficking, illegal migration, and also children without maintenance

The government DECIDES:

1. In Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults – the victims of human trafficking, illegal migration, and also children without maintenance, approved by the Order of the Government No. 948 of August 7, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 152-153, 949), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

To add 1) with Item 18-1 of the following content:

"18-1. From the financial resources provided from the government budget to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family for implementation of the procedure of repatriation of children without maintenance, also cost for food of children, purchase of clothes, footwear, and also medical supplies, as necessary will be covered.";

2) in Items 32 and 42 of the word "body of guardianship" shall be replaced with words "territorial authority of guardianship";

"Competent authorities" shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 37 of the word "territorial authority of guardianship";

Shall be replaced with words 4) in Item 46 of the word of "agencies of guardianship" "territorial authorities of guardianship";

Item 47 and 48 to state 5) in the following edition:

"47. The territorial authority of guardianship on which registry the repatriated child stays will carry out monitoring of its situation, according to legislation provisions.

48. The relevant information on the procedure of repatriation gathers and stored in special case of the child in the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family. Information on the procedure of reintegration and on monitoring of the child after its repatriation gathers and stored in special case of the child by territorial authority of guardianship in the territory of which there is child".
