Some questions of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources which are applied.

the list of priority state electronic information resources for implementation of electronic interaction according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations:

submit within a month to the State agency concerning the electronic government information on need of access to the priority state electronic information resources provided in appendix with indication of structure of necessary electronic data;

provide within two months creation of the application programming interfaces for ensuring access to the priority state electronic information resources provided in appendix and also their further connection to system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources.

3. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation creation and implementation in operation of system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources.

Regulations on electronic interaction of the state electronic information resources

1. This Provision determines the general principles of implementation of exchange of electronic data, except information which is the state secret between subjects of powers of authority by the state electronic information resources during provision of administrative services and implementation of other powers according to the tasks assigned to them.
