the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of January 22, 2001 No. 13/18 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of explosives and materials (according to the list which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 2, 2001 at No. 101/5292;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of November 11, 2002 No. 118/573 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of explosives and materials (according to the list which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 26, 2002 for No. 921/7209.
2. To development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Semenikhin V. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
