1. Claim Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of explosives and materials (according to the list which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) that are applied.
2. To management of licensing of types of economic activity of Department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Efremov O. V.), to management of the organization of supervision in ore mining industry of Gosnadzorokhrantrud (Berezhetsky A. Ya.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To State department on supervision of labor protection (Gerasimchuk D. A.) provide the publication of this order in mass media.
