About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 531

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 531 "About features of realization of the rights of some categories of persons to obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 84, the Art. 2372) changes which are applied.

1. The paragraph one of the subitem 1 of Item 1 to state in the following edition:
"1) persons who are (were) in employment relationships with the companies, organizations, the organizations or physical persons or were voluntarily insured and moved from temporarily occupied territory, the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation or zone of emergency situation (further the insured persons), have the right to provision of material security and social services according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" working bodies of executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund, and before completion of the actions connected with formation of the specified Fund and its working bodies - working bodies of Fund social work accident insurance and occupational diseases and Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability (further - funds) according to Item 6 of the Section VII "Final and transitional provisions" of the specified Law at the actual place of residence according to the procedure, established by board of Fund.".
