About modification of Rules of establishment of requirements to programs of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity

1. Bring in Rules of establishment of requirements to programs of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing the regulated types of activity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 15, 2010 No. 340 "About procedure for establishment of requirements to programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 21, Art. 2606; 2014, No. 21, Art. 2705), following changes:

a) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. Requirements to programs shall provide finishing use by the regulated organizations of lighting devices with use of LEDs to level:

in 2017 - at least 10 percent of total amount of the used lighting devices;

in 2018 - at least 30 percent of total amount of the used lighting devices;

in 2019 - at least 50 percent of total amount of the used lighting devices;

in 2020 - at least 75 percent of total amount of the used lighting devices.";

b) add Item 7 with the subitem 4 following of content:

"4) share of use of lighting devices with use of LEDs in total amount of the used lighting devices.".

2. Determine that requirements to programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity are subject to reduction in compliance with Item 4.1 of Rules of establishment of requirements to programs of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
