1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for suspension of action and cancellation of the license for separate types of professional activity in the stock market (security market) approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 14, 2013 No. 816, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2013 in case of No. 862/23394 (with changes) (further - Changes in the Procedure) (are applied).

2. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except the paragraph of the eighth subitem 8 of item 4 of the Changes in the Procedure approved by this decision which becomes effective from the effective date regulations on entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs of information on licensing.

4. And clerical works to provide to department of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official website of the Commission.
