1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on accounting treatment and carrying out by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of transactions with deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 3, 2015 No. 859 (with changes) which are attached.

2. To management of depository activity of the National Bank of Ukraine (Suprun A. V.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Chury A. E.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
