According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of establishment of accounting treatment and carrying out by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of transactions with deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of national bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on accounting treatment and carrying out by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of transactions with deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 3, 2015 No. 859, which are applied.

2. To department of information technologies (Nagornyuk V. V.) within seven calendar days after adoption of this resolution to make changes to program technological support of Sertlayn and to carry out test for the purpose of effective functioning of modifed program technological support.

3. To department of depositary accounting of government securities (Suprun A. V.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Chury A. E.
