1. Establish the list of the documents and (or) data necessary for provision of non-cash housing subsidy and requested by service of subsidizing, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2016.

The list of the documents and (or) data necessary for provision of non-cash housing subsidy and requested by service of subsidizing

1. The certificate of the premises occupied in this settlement, the residence and family composition of the applicant.

2. Data of the republican organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it about premises (shares in the right of common property to premises) belonging (belonging) to the applicant and members of his family living together with it for six calendar months preceding month of the request for provision of non-cash housing subsidy by the declarative principle.

3. The information about the owner of property of the private unitary enterprise which location are the premises of the applicant.
