About rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish:
rates for transportations of passengers by railway transport public on city lines and regional lines of economy class according to appendix 1;
rates for transportations of passengers by railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 2;
rates for transportations of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines according to appendix 3;
rates for luggage transports and cargo baggage railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines according to appendix 4;
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines it (is applied).
3. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
