1. General provisions

This Procedure determines rules of pension payment and use of pension means during finding of the pensioner in the public stationary institutions of social servicing (further - organization of social servicing) systems of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Pension payment during stay of the pensioner in organization of social servicing for aged and disabled people

2. In case of accommodation of the pensioner in organization of social servicing its administration shall notify officially in time no more than five days on it authorized state body in the field of provision of pensions in the location of this organization.
