According to article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the security market" and article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of activities of the central depositary it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2000, No. 501 "About approval of the Regulations on the Central depositary".

Procedure of activities of the central depositary

1. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes features of legal status and activities of the central depositary (further - depositary), procedure for assignment to it the status of the central depositary, and also feature of supervision of activities of depositary.
