About approval of Rules of maintaining the register of self-regulatory organizations and about entering of amendments into the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of forms of notifications and Regulations of Admission of notifications by state bodies, and also about determination of the state bodies performing acceptance of notifications"

According to the subitem 2) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 12, 2015 "About self-regulation", I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of maintaining the register of self-regulatory organizations according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of forms of notifications and Regulations of Admission of notifications by state bodies, and also about determination of the state bodies performing the acceptance of notifications" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10194, published in information system of law of Ad_let on April 01, 2015) the following amendments:

add Item 1 with subitem 3-1) of the following content:

"3-1) form of the notification on the beginning or the termination of activities of self-regulatory organization, according to appendix 3-1 to this order;";

add with appendix 3-1 according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. To provide to development department of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
