About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 30, 2014 No. 1249/5

1. In the text of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of the subjects rendering the services connected with the digital signature of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of July 30, 2014 No. 1249/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 1, 2014 on No. 903/25680, of the word "Management of Functioning of TsZO" in all cases shall be replaced with words "Department of state registration and notariate" in the corresponding cases.
2. In the text of the Procedure for maintaining the electronic register of the existing, blocked and cancelled strengthened certificates of open keys of certification centers and the centers of certification of keys, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of July 30, 2014 No. 1249/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 1, 2014 on No. 904/25681, of the word "Management of Functioning of TsZO" in all cases shall be replaced with words "Department of state registration and notariate" in the corresponding cases.
