About approval of the Procedure for certification of auditors for metrology
According to part five of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About metrology and metrological activities" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for certification of auditors for metrology which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of July 27, 2007 No. 166 "About approval of the Procedure for certification of auditors for metrology", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 28, 2007 for No. 1125/14392.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of technical regulation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
