About approval of the Regulations on procedure for suspension of operations of the organizations for violation of the law about labor protection
According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About employment of the population", "About labor protection", "About social security of disabled people in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and for the purpose of strengthening of control of unconditional compliance with law about employment of the population, labor protection and social protection of disabled people the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for suspension of operations of the organizations for violation of the law about labor protection according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the ministry of employment and employment relationships to strengthen control of observance of the public and economic board by all bodies, public authorities on places and other organizations of the legislation on employment of the population, labor protection and social protection of disabled people.
3. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
