About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions of the national social insurance

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions of the national social insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 328 of March 19, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 61-62, 396), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 43:

" (according to the data provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration)" shall be replaced with words words "(acting in the specified period)";

add at the end with the offer of the following content:

"The salary sizes applied in case of calculation of the average monthly insured income for the period till January 1, 2004 are specified in appendix No. 2 to this Provision.";

2) the single appendix becomes appendix No. 1;

To add 3) with appendix No. 2 of the following content:

"Appendix № 2

to Regulations on procedure for calculation of pensions of the national social insurance

The salary sizes applied in case of calculation of the average monthly insured income for the period till January 1, 2004 to personnel of diplomatic missions
