About establishment of amounts of the tariff quota concerning separate types of the long-grain rice coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported in 2017 in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to article 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Chapter 2 of the Free-trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union and its state members, on the one hand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the other hand, of May 29, 2015 (further - the Agreement) and appendix № 1 to the Agreement the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish amounts of the tariff quota concerning separate types of the long-grain rice coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported in 2017 in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) according to the Agreement (further respectively - long-grain rice, the tariff quota), according to appendix.

2. Determine that the tariff quota is applied to the long-grain rice placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption.

3. To state members:

perform distribution of amounts of the tariff quota, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decision, between participants of foreign trade activity according to the legislation;

charge to authorized bodies of the executive authority to perform issue of licenses for import of long-grain rice.

4. Ask state members to inform the Eurasian economic commission on results of the first half of the year 2017 on the chosen part of the amounts of the tariff quota established according to Item 1 of this Decision, and also on forecasts for selection of the established amounts of the tariff quota until the end of 2017;
