About approval of the Procedure of some payments to the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine in case of moving on the new place of military service

1. Approve the Procedure of some payments to the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine in case of moving on the new place of the added military service.

2. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of April 24, 2012 No. 276 "About approval of the Instruction about conditions and payment procedure of the lifting help to the military personnel of the State Border Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2012 on No. 773/21086.

3. To department of forming of policy for authorities under control to the Minister and monitoring of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine colonel general Nazarenko V. A.
