About approval of the Regulations on the registration fees of objects of copyright, the related rights and topology of integral chips

For the purpose of enhancement of procedures of provision of legal protection to the intellectual property items belonging to physical persons and legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic according to Articles 9, of 32, 37 and 38 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About copyright and the related rights", article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal protection of topology of integral chips", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the registration fees of objects of copyright, the related rights and topology of integral chips according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the registration fees of objects of copyright, the related rights and author's agreements" of May 14, 1999 No. 260;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the registration fees of programs for electronic computers, databases and topology of integral chips" of May 26, 1999 No. 286;

- Item 8 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 15, 2001 No. 233;
