1. Approve Regulations on procedure for data transmission in the automated information system of calculations for the housing-and-municipal and other services consumed by the population it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, the State committee on property, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom together with another interested to analyze efficiency of provision of non-cash housing subsidies by the vyyavitelny principle and till March 1, 2017 to submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of the offer on possible expansion of categories of citizens to which non-cash housing subsidies are provided by the vyyavitelny principle.
3. To the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities together with the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the State committee on property, the Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom and another interested with participation of open joint stock company "The non-bank credit and financial organization "Single Settlement and Information Space", the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services" till August 1, 2017 to provide integration and information exchange of the state information resources (systems) by means of the nation-wide automated information system for the purposes of implementation of calculation of non-cash housing subsidies.
