1. Approve the enclosed Rules for apportionment of the international humanitarian assistance in the area where state of emergency is imposed.

1. These rules are developed for the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2003 "About emergency state".
These rules determine procedure for distribution of the international humanitarian assistance in the area where state of emergency is imposed.
2. The nomenclature and amount of loads of the necessary international humanitarian assistance are determined by akims of administrative and territorial units in the territory of which state of emergency, in coordination with the commandant of the area is imposed.
