Based on subitem 3.7 of Item 3 of the Regulations on fund of insurance guarantees for obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance and subitem 3.3 of Item 3 of the Regulations on fund of protection of the victims as a result of the road accidents on obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of the vehicles of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530", and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for expense recovery for participation in carrying out obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
