According to Articles 17 and 19-2 - the Law of Ukraine "About National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of realization of procedure for granting by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of information on the income of physical persons I order:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of National anti-corruption bureau of Ukraine which is attached.
2. To provide to management of the organization of exchange and information analysis of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
