1. Make changes to the Procedure for the admission of persons to passing qualification examination and holding qualification examination by the Highest qualification commission of notariate approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 28, 2011 No. 1905/5, registered on July 28, 2011 for No. 926/19664, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To department of notariate and financial monitoring to provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. To department of notariate and financial monitoring, to chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide proper execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
