Some questions of professional training of government employees and officials of local self-government
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that in 2016 accomplishment of the state order on advanced training of government employees and officials of local self-government of the National agency concerning public service is performed by educational institutions which are in the field of management of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of social policy, the Public fiscal service, the Ministry of Justice and Public administration of cases, out of the competition.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2010 No. 728 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization and carrying out the highest case of public service of trainings by School for government employees of the first - the second category" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, the Art. 2243).
