About modification of the Procedure for compensation to employers of costs in the amount of single fee for obligatory national social insurance
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for compensation to employers of costs in the amount of single fee for obligatory national social insurance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2013 No. 347 "Some questions of implementation of Article 26 and part two of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "On employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 39, Art. 1364; 2014, No. 75, Art. 2127), following changes:
in the paragraph the second the subitem 6 of Item 3 the word of "children" shall be replaced with words "child(children)";
in Item 9:
paragraphs two - to exclude the fifth;
add Item after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The amount of compensation is determined based on data of the State register of obligatory national social insurance on the amount of the single fee paid by the employer for the worker.".
With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the seventh.
