1. in Rules of accreditation of the agencies on adoption approved by the specified order:

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Accreditations are subject the agencies which founders are the citizens of the state of the location of the agency performing the activities in the specified sphere in the territory of the state at least ten years at the time of filing of application about accreditation.";

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. The total quantity of the accredited agencies in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan does not exceed twenty.";

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. For work implementation the authorized representative of the agency files the documents specified in article 112 of the Code to Committee.";

"12. The bases for refusal in accreditation of the agency, prolongation of term and (or) early termination of its activities according to article 112 of the Code are:

1) discrepancy of the provided documents to the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
