About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 3, 2013 No. 5 and of April 5, 2014 No. 85

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 3, 2013 No. 5 "Questions of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 2, Art. 46; 2015, No. 32, the Art. 925) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2016 No. 638, and of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882; 2016, No. 45, the Art. 1643, No. 73, the Art. 2462) changes which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Finance during completion of the bill of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2017" to provide increase in the expenses necessary for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since November 1, 2016.
