1. Approve Regulations on instructing, training and examination concerning fire safety in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To department of providing and communication of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Shaliyevskaya L. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs - the chief of staff Takhtaya of A.V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
