Procedure for forming of the accounting identifier and provision of the certificate of the accounting identifier;

form of the certificate of the accounting identifier.

Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 28, 2013 No. 560 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of the accounting identifier of the subject of primary financial monitoring and provision of the notification on its assignment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2013 for No. 984/23516.
