About approval of the Method of calculation of need for medicines of the replacement supporting therapy for treatment of persons sick with mental and behavioural disturbances owing to the use of opioids
According to the subitem 4 of Item 11 of appendix 2 to the Nation-wide target social program of counteraction to HIV infection/AIDS for 2014-2018 approved by the Law of Ukraine of October 20, 2014 No. 1708-VII, Item 2 of the Procedure for performing the replacement supporting therapy of patients with opioid dependence, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of March 27, 2012 No. 200, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 5, 2012 on No. 889/21201 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 17, 2015 to No. 863), and for the purpose of rational requirement planning in medicines of replacement therapy I order:
1. Approve the Method of calculation of need for medicines of the replacement supporting therapy for treatment of persons sick with mental and behavioural disturbances owing to the use of opioids (further - the Technique) which is applied.
2. To provide to the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, heads of structural divisions concerning health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations implementation and observance of the Technique when calculating need for medicines of the replacement supporting therapy for treatment of persons sick with mental and behavioural disturbances owing to the use of opioids, in subordinate organizations.
3. To provide to management of public health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (N.V.'s Piven) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Sivak A. V.
